Base self-pay pricing includes:

• Base Self Pay – $150 office visit
• X-Rays – $60

Base self-pay pricing does NOT include:

• Additional services or products that might be recommended by our physician for your treatment. These can include boots, braces, orthotics, and over-the-counter products, as examples. We provide customized treatment plans for all patients, and will always extend options to cash paying patients as well.

Heel Pain

• Office visit – $150, One Foot- $310, Two Feet- $460
  • Includes: initial evaluation, x-rays (if needed) and treatment/injection per foot

Ingrown Toenail

• One nail border- $450, multiple borders – $600
  • Includes: initial evaluation, procedure and one follow-up visit

Wart Removal

• Wart- $300
  • Includes: initial evaluation, anesthesia, procedure and one follow-up visit

Acute Injury/Wound Care

• Injury/Wound – $250
  • Includes: initial evaluation, x-rays (if needed), treatment/procedure
  • Follow up – $80

Orthotics

• Orthotics – $500
  • Includes: initial evaluation, x-rays (if needed), scanning, and orthotics

Follow Up Visits

• Follow up visits – $60 (except follow up for wound/injury)
