Meet the Expert
Dr. Matthew Babich became a Texan in 2005 when he moved from snowy Syracuse, New York and opened his practice in Dallas. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Syracuse University, then his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from, The New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City.
He completed his residency training in primary podiatric medicine and foot and ankle surgery at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Pontiac, MI and served as chief resident his final year. His residency program allowed him to work with a variety of osteopathic, allopathic and podiatric physicians within the Detroit metroplex, and develop his skill and expertise in diagnosing and treating diabetic ulcerations, limb salvage, and pediatric and adult foot and ankle pathology.
Dr. Babich is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Podiatric Medicine. He is an affiliate member of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons and a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Babich is here to serve and help those in the Dallas and White Rock community and in the great state of Texas. When he isn’t helping patients at Texas Foot & Ankle Center, you will find him behind the grill, working out, playing Fantasy Football or supporting the MAVs and Rangers. And yes, even though he is in Cowboy Country, he bleeds Black and Gold. Lets Go Steelers!
