Dr. Tommy Ho

Meet the Expert

Dr. Tommy Ho was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He received his Bachelors of Biomedical Science and Chemistry degree from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Ho went on to earn his doctorate in podiatric medicine and surgery from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2019. His 3-year residency program in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery was completed at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School) in Boston, MA.  During his time there, he developed his surgical skills and clinical knowledge in all facets related to the foot and ankle. He worked closely with different specialties during his training which developed his multidisciplinary approach to provide comprehensive care/treatment to all patients.

By being a part of such a big academic institution; he was heavily involved in research and believes in evidence-based medicine while using the most innovative techniques for patient care.

Dr. Ho’s interest includes all aspects of reconstructive surgery of the forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle as well as trauma, sports medicine, pediatric, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care. He continues to actively attend and participate in surgical training courses offered across the country as part of his ongoing effort to update himself on the latest skills, knowledge, and technology. Dr. Ho is an affiliate member of Texas Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association. 

Dr. Ho is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. In his free time, he enjoys working out, fishing, basketball, cooking, binge-watching his favorite tv shows and he loves spending time with his family and friends.
